Actonia Business Hub: Get Started

The Get Started Page helps you onboard easily! This page will help you understand and find value in Actonia Business Hub right away, leading to increased engagement.

You will land on the Get Started page until you have connected at least one account (Google, Facebook, Google Analytics, etc). Once you have connected at least one account, you will land on the Dashboard page. The Get Started page will still appear in a tab in the left-hand navigation.

Business Hub personally welcomes the new user to the platform. In the first card, the Business Hub walkthrough video is displayed to help you understand the full functionality of the platform and the value it brings.

Below the walkthrough video, you have the call-to-action of connecting your accounts – Google, Facebook, Google Analytics, and more. Once a business has their accounts connected, they will start to see their business data on the platform and take actions such as responding to reviews.

The “Engage with your customers” card links to the most important actions a business can take in their Business Hub. The links make it easy to navigate Business Hub as a first-time user.

The Customer Journey offers insights to help you grasp how customers find your business and succeed at each stage of their journey.

You will also find a prompt to explore an Academy course, providing you and your operations team with an opportunity to delve deeper into the realm of digital marketing and the available products.
